Eric helped us greatly by taking our interests and needs as first time home buyers to heart. He showed us all the houses we requested and had helpful suggestions along the way. Then when we decided on a house he was very knowledgeable about the process and patient with our hundreds of questions which he answered. When it came time to negotiate and wait for settlement I was very pleased with the level urgency Eric showed with communication over both the phone and email. And settlement was quick and efficient. Bottom line is we had heard horror stories from friends and relatives in the past about the process of purchasing a home but Eric made it easy to understand and really showed great interest in our needs throughout the process.
My wife and I found Dan and Eric through Trulia's website. We had some unusual circumstances come up through our process of finding our home but Dan and Eric were very resourceful. They made sure that we did not settle and found the perfect home for us. They worked very hard to make the entire process as fun and painless as possible. Our estate lawyer recommended Dan And Eric to list our parents home. The townhome which sold for less than $100,000 would net them very little. They handled our listing the same as if they were selling a million dollar listing. Took a lot of pictures and wrote a detailed listing. When it came to showings they e-mailed us every time and followed up with phone calls. They were professional throughout and we are very pleased with their services.
Dan and Eric are the best! Not only did they help us find our first home, they also made sure that it was everything that we were looking for! Once a new listing came up, they would contact us to set up a showing so that we wouldn't miss out on a potential house. Dan and Eric were AWESOME in helping me purchase my home as a recent transplant to Delaware. They were patient with me even when I changed my mind about location and the exact specs on the type of house I was looking for. I never felt pressure to buy anything and they really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my offer and the property I bid on. My purchase didn't go quite as smoothly as I had hoped towards the end due to unforeseen issues with the seller, but Dan and Eric were great advocates for me and worked hard to ensure the delay was as low stress as possible. Even after my purchase they have checked in on me to make sure things are going well in my new home. I would recommend them to anyone and fully plan on using their services when I buy and sell in the future. I couldn't be more happy with this team!

Dan and Eric are stellar. They managed to sell our home in TWO days and ABOVE market value. What more can I say?! I think "pleased" doesn't quite cover it... Dan and Eric were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making sure our home showed to its full potential. Their photos, write-up, and presentation were fantastic. Their sales and marketing skills are head-on, never missing a beat, and making sure to always walk the extra mile. Dan and Eric are great! They worked with us for nearly a year before we purchased our first home. We were never pressured into settling for a house which was greatly appreciated. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what the Real Estate market and process was all about. With the help of Dan and Eric everything went perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Dan and Eric were great to work with. We used them to attempt to sell our town home but because of the down turn in the market we were not able to bring our price to an acceptable amount given what we owed on the house. So Dan and Eric helped us set up the property as a rental, screen potential renters and get the house rented. Once our house was rented they helped us find a new house and successfully negotiated a great deal for us. They were quick to return phone calls, emails as well as were able to assist in every step of the process. When we had concerns they were more then willing to go to the sellers agent and get results that we were happy with. I would highly recommend them.
