–         Touring all prospective homes.

–         Helping the buyer make a smart choice based on location, condition, investment and price.

Step 4: Negotiation

–         Writing an offer based on today’s fair market value.

–         Negotiating the price along with the terms of the contract.

Step 5: Pre-Settlement

–         Scheduling closing with attorney.

–         Scheduling home inspection, radon and wood destroying insects.

–         Working with lender to complete the mortgage process before settlement.
